The renovation inspired by « La Dolce Vita » will allow you to recharge your batteries and rediscover the leisurely lifestyle of those legendary years.
THE HOUSE
Discover this charming house with atypical architecture and neat decoration, connecting several buildings including a 16th century, offering each of the typical architectural elements
uch as brick vaults, ogives or stone spiral staircase. More than a place, it is an experience, a new lifestyle that the Dolce Vita proposes .
For your convenience, you will benefit from outdoor parking, ideal for low cars such as sports cars, and a covered garage that can accomodate up to 2 vehicles, also carefully decorated.
Indeed, the tone is set with Benjamin Freudenthal paintings representing the Mille Miglia, one of the most famous and prestigious car races in the world from 1927 to 1957, the route of which ran between Brescia and Rome !
OUTSIDE
The 200 sqm outdoor space, arranged in several distinct areas and sheltered from view,
constitutes a true haven of peace where you can relax, enjoy the pool, enjoy your meals under the coolness of the stones or share friendly moments in the covered outdoor lounge.

THE LIVING SPACES
On the ground floor of this spacious interior of about 300 sqm, you will discover a warmdining room
that revolves around a modern fireplace and extended by a relaxing sitting area with flat screen TV ; as well as a main kitchen, equipped with a gas piano, where you can prepare delicious meals. Opened by a large bay window on the outdoor dining area, you can also enjoy a shaded courtyard, equipped with a plancha.
You will also discover an independent loft, open to the pool, serving a relaxation area with foosball and kitchenette, ideal for fresh breaks or aperitifs in friendly atmosphere.
In addition, discover several spaces and charming corners to rest, read, watch TV or listen to music through our different speakers and turntable located in the house.
BEDROOMS
This charming village house has 6 bedrooms : 4 large suites of 20 to 30 sqm
equiped with high-end bedding with beds of 180cm, and their bathrooms ; but also an ideal room for teenagers (adjoining the loft), which is equiped with a bed of 160 cm
a dormitory for children with 3 small beds, playful and comfortable space where the youngest can have fun.you will also discover. Each of the rooms ensures optimal comfort and allows everyone to find their space.

THE VILLAGE OF ST QUENTIN
Particularly known for its 40 potters but also its annual European ceramic festival “Terralha”, Saint-Quentin La Poterie is located in the heart of the triangle Avignon, Alès and Nîmes.
This authentic village has managed to prepetuate its present activity since the Roman era, and has acquired an international reputation in the world of ceramics.
With its narrow alleys, Provençal stone and colorful houses, and art galleries, Saint-Quentin La Poterie is a village with authentic charm and peaceful atmosphere.
It’s an ideal living environment : you will enjoy a proximity to bakeries, restaurants, butchers, grocery stores, or with the market place located just 100 m. from the house where the local market takes place twice a week (Tuesday and Friday).

“We are Jean-Marc & Anne-Sophie, the hosts
of La Dolce Vita
Interior designers in Savoy and lovers of the small town of Uzès, we were looking for the rare pearl.
This village house with atypical architecture made us succumb to its charm and that’s how the story begins, by a real crush, and the desire to share this unique place !
For us, it’s obvious ! The focus of this renovation will be around the Dolce Vita to create a place where we can recharged our batteries, where everyday life stops and where we find the sweetness of life from those mythical years.“
